Travel Consultant
Job Description:
* You welcome the customer and listen to his expectations, you can perfectly detect what his interests and holiday wishes are.
* You draw up a suitable travel plan in order to meet his expectations, you also take the budget into account and you inform him about the current promotions.
* You inform the customer about the accommodation options, destination, travel documents, insurance, car rental, airport transport and other travel-related products and services.
* You work closely with the Customer Service Center to handle the telephone calls and emails from our customers. Regardless of which channel the customer has booked his trip through, he can always ask a employee who will follow up and handle this in a professional manner.
Job Requirements:
* A diploma in tourism and/or work experience in a travel shop are required to further train and develop you into a real holiday expert.
* Your dynamic, customer-oriented and commercial attitude contribute to providing our services down to the last detail and achieving our business objectives.
* Excellent communication: you are able to help every customer
