Reservation Assistant
Job Description:
Carry out the reservation process in direct channels, operators and agencies,
aiming to provide excellent service to guests and customers;
Insert reservations into each hotel 's own system, based on services provided
by email, telephone, corporate whatsapp and distribution channels;
Analyze reservation vouchers, according to the hotel 's tariff and
availability for the period, and attach them to the system;
Provide assistance clarifying doubts about availability, quotation of the
period of accommodation, location and other services with guidance from the
hotel region;
Job Requirements:
Complete high school;
Experience in reception and hotel reservations;
Knowledge in B2B and online channels such as booking, expedia, take off,
trend, ehtl and cvc.
Intermediary English;
Intermediate office package.
