WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Support with the planning and execution of Diversity- Equity- Inclusion & Belonging (DEI&B) programs in the Middle East & Africa
* Assist with the planning of DEI&B meetings- workshops- training- and special events
* Help in creating educational materials or shaping existing resources
* Utilize both internal and external communication channels to increase awareness about our DEI&B initiatives
* Propose initiatives to support the mental health and well-being of our employees
* Collect and ensure quality- accurate- and timely DEI&B data and reporting by measuring progress and finding opportunities
* Support to nurture partnerships with external organizations andIndustry networks
* Learn- network- have fun and make people's like more delicious
