Role Summary:
The Learning & Development coordinator will support the L&D Manager in
developing training needs and programs. S/He will also conduct trainings and
support in various talent development and performance improvement projects.
Position Location: Dubai
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Provide support in planning and execution of training programs in the MENA region.
* Monitor and analyze training data on the System in collaboration with training administrators of each country.
* Support the Learning Manager in various talent development and performance improvement projects.
* Help in conducting trainings and developing the learning needs.
Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree or higher in HR, Business Administration, Law or Psychology.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Learning & Development.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
* Great Communication, Event Management and Coordination Skills.
* Good knowledge and understanding of Learning Management System (LMS). Knowledge of other HR related systems is a plus.
* Good knowledge and experience in use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
