Job Purpose: Brief: This is an intensive programme that takes your career
places. You will be trained for about 18 Months, to prepare you to manage
Cargo sales/operations at our local offices across the network. After
successful completion of the programme, you will lead the operations in one
outstation office where your responsibilities include developing tailored
product and sales initiatives for the continued success of your station. This
dynamic role will allow you to travel back to Dubai and interact closely with
various departments in the Emirates Headquarters. Maintaining connection with
your family is a continued advantage, through the travel benefits we offer
you. In a few years, you can even find yourself based permanently back in the
Hub (Dubai). In brief: The program lasts for 18 months, and includes a
combination of attachments, courses, and On Job Training (hence the trainee
will have to accept and conduct hands on duties to get an understanding of how
SkyCargo functions). The program is divided into 3 phases: Phase 1: SkyCargo
phase covering different all of SkyCargo's functions and business units. Phase
2: Support phase covering (Services, Commercial and Ops) - these are the areas
outside of SkyCargo but support SkyCargo indirectly. Phase 3: Outstation phase
covering a destination where the trainee has to observe and get hands on all
SkyCargo activities (Operational, Commercial, day to day functions). Between
the phases the trainee will have to present his/her findings/learning ensuring
all is on track. Nearing completion of the program; management will decide
where the trainees are best suited - Operational, Commercial or Outstation -
depending on trainees' strengths and business requirement. Introduction We are

trained to become a Cargo Manager at an Emirates station within the network.

Bachelor or Higher Diploma certificate from an accredited university or
college - Fluency in verbal and written English - UAE Nationality (Passport &
Khulasat Al Qaid) - Must not be over 27 years old. - Candidate must be willing
