Your Role:

The Healthcare Assistant, will provide strategic and operational support to
the General Management in operations of the vertical.
Your Responsibilities:
* Assist the registered nurse in personal care procedures to patients as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients and escort patients across the clinic.
* Answer patient's personal calls and relay requests to appropriate individual
* Move various patient care equipment from one area to another as assigned by the nurse.
* Transport a discharge patient to his/her vehicle if necessary.
* Pick up urgent medical records and X-ray folders and /or return them to the appropriate person when assigned.
* Stock and replenish supplies and equipment as required, pick up and deliver supplies if necessary.
* Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to Patient and Organization.
* Work cooperatively with all staff within the Department of Nursing Services as well as other Departments.
* Adhere to all Aster Clinic policies and procedures.
* Performs all other duties as required or assigned.
Education & Experience:
* High school or Diploma.
* Minimum ‎2 years of relevant experience.
