At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, a Lobby Ambassador will greet guests in the
Lobby and provide variety of assistance to guests during their stays.
What will I be doing?
At Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah, as Lobby Ambassador, you will perform the
following tasks to the highest standards:
* Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area
* Entertain questions from guests and respond with appropriate and accurate information on topics such as outlet hours, local attractions, directions to events, etc.
* Runs errands such as ticket pick-up laundry pick-up and delivery, etc for guests
* Retrievesmessagesforguests. Retrievesmail,smallpackagesandfacsimilesforguestsas requested
* Maintainsappearanceofhotellobby,removestrash,organizesfurniture,etc
* Remainscalmandalert,especiallyduringemergencyand/orheavyhotelactivity,andresolvecomplications suchaslocationchangesorcredit issues.
* Other duties as assigned by the supervisor suchas assisting PBX operators or reservations agents.
