Primary responsibilities
* Support to IME sales force by managing technical /commercial enquiries sales team. Organizing trials, demos and loan arrangements and other sales related activities.
* Follow up sales leads from exhibitions, magazines etc-this will mean some cold calling of potential clients.
* Work collaboratively with OC and the Sales and Projects team to streamline and improve processes. LC, Bank Guarantees and SASO.
* Communication with external customers and agents in the regions.
* Working with UK order coordination team to ensure that orders are delivered on time and are correct.
* Administration of enquiries/orders on CRM.
* Preparation and issuing of the IME news bulletin.
* Reporting of activities to Sales Manager and General Manager on a minimum weekly basis.
* Working with IME team to ensure KPIs are met.
* Answering and forwarding phone calls and messages.
* Ensuring that visitor access passes are appropriately issued and received back and that visitors are welcomed.
* Arrange and organise any customer meetings or internal meetings.
* Arranging any samples which need to be sent to other Ishida facilities or customers.
* Sending of Ishida Calendars, gifts, etc. to customers.
* Booking Flights, hotels and for Sales Team and visiting Ishida staff.
* GFM Exhibition Show Participation-
* Preparing all urgent quotes on the stand
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Taking leads
* Entering leads onto CRM
* Booking of all Restaurants during the show (sourcing and negotiating the best deals) (GFM)
* Organizing the timetable for the transportation for all staff during the show and booking this (GFM)
What skills are we looking for?
You will have excellent communication and organisation skills, work well in a
team and on an individual basis, IT literate, ability to prioritise work and
work consistently well under pressure.
You should have previous experience in Sales and come with an awareness and
technical interest. You will have experience in working with MEA
countries/customers and have a proven track record of succeeding in a similar
role.
It is essential that you have a good understanding of English both verbal and
written.
