Job Description
As a Data Developer Analyst focusing on User Tracking and Data Layers, you
will be central to implementing the core functionality for user tracking, data
layers, and third-party integrations across our web and mobile platforms. Your

Your challenges
* Develop, implement, and maintain core user tracking, data layers, and A/B testing functionality across various platforms using Flutter, React JS, and other pertinent technologies while utilising events tracking for real-time user monitoring and performance analysis.
* Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements, develop solutions, and integrate third-party tools and APIs to enhance functionality.
* Design and execute A/B tests and analyse the results to make data-driven decisions for maximum user experience optimisation.
* Utilise user behaviour and performance data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement to serve users better.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation on system architecture, data flows, and integration processes, ensuring adherence to best industry practices related to data security, privacy, and compliance.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to user tracking, data layers, and third-party integrations while continuously exploring new technologies, methodologies, and industry trends to improve and expand our offerings.
* Assist with designing and developing data visualisation tools and dashboards to facilitate insights and decision-making and provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
* University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
* 3+ years of software development experience, specifically focusing on user tracking, data layers, and third-party integrations
* Experience in designing, executing, and analysing A/B tests during the development process
* Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, or equivalents
* Fluency in Flutter for mobile app development across iOS and Android platforms
* Proficiency in using DataDog RUM or similar tools for real-time user monitoring and performance assessment
* Hands-on experience with web and mobile app analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Firebase
* Familiarity with data layer management tools like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and third-party APIs.
* Deep understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA
* Attention to detail with strong organisational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management abilities
* Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
