MAIN PURPOSE
The role of Digital Marketing Executive is to support the growth of our DTC
business and to oversee the digital coordination of our Maison regionally
starting in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager. She/he is the
guardian of the consistency of local digital penetration and performances
across the region and aligns with central. She/he is working in close
collaboration with all MEIA markets & central digital marketing. She/he is
leading on the collaboration of regional and international communication
stakeholder starting with the internal Regional MEIA Marketing Director
The main objective of the DME is to create a digital matrix that will enable
by priority the success of our Maison first through DTC and our different
social networks of communications.
The Brand Name of Montblanc shall resonate through a clear digital plan be
validated by the Regional Marketing Director in representing the perfect
digital presence across the MEIA Region. VM Coordinator regionally to be
elevated to the future role of an executive.
Creative and digital thinking is key in the new role of DME regionally, while
implementing the vision of our Maison through our Online networks Internal and
with partners. Local themed campaigns and strong Glocal messaging must be
established through the yearly calendar established in advance by the Maison
(Ramadan, Diwali, Local and National Days, Happy Holidays…).
DIMENSION
Network of internal & external points of sale in the Middle East, India &
Africa (MEIA) region with specific focus on key countries (KSA and UAE Year 1)
and key locations such as South Africa and India.
CONTEXT
Based in local headquarters, reporting to the Regional Director Marketing
MEIA, with strong projects work in regional network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Search, Performances, Online Case Study, Content Boost
* Maximise the performance and maintain the brand image (to international standards) of Online networks with a focus on Year 1 for UAE and KSA Ecom platforms.
Digital Project Management
* Analyze all campaigns and create a best practice and next KPIs in collaboration with the Marketing Teams
* Evaluate digital long-term investment and budget with a clear timeframe in accordance with the HQ brief & guidelines.
* Coordinate activities with local activations with influence through a strong ROI process.
* Generate and collect all results post campaigns including reports, constraints and guidelines offered by the Maison.
* Create Digital brief including positioning, campaign objectives and characteristics.
* Ensure that the quality of execution is as per Head Office guidelines.
* Coordinate activities between all parties: Ecom, Marketing Teams and with the final approval of the MEIA regional director of marketing.
* Integrate all internal information regarding Ecom, marketing, public relation, wholesale and retail.
* Development, management and implementation of seasonal campaign in relation with our offline plans and launches locally, regionally and internationally.
Budget & Reporting:
* Management and maintenance of the Digital budget as set within the annual A&P budget with the MEIA regional Marketing Director and in collaboration with the Regional Marketing Manager.
* Maintain rolling 1 year plan for digital news: opening / renovation / relocation / closure and input in centralised system in collaboration with our PR partners in co-ordination with the Regional Marketing Director's leadership and approval.
* Provide Bi-Weekly updates and communication on Digital Activation topics with all key stakeholders throughout the region to ensure consistency across the market with a clear review with direct manager.
* Plan, get the direct management's approval and control the budget and follow up on the final cost summary of each project.
