Responsibilities
* To provide a day-to-day support in F&B department by judicious use of time and available admin tools and resources
* Help to create and maintaining a unique guest experience and upholding resort brand standards
* Answering incoming calls taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Taking minutes of meetings as required
* Assisting F&B team in daily schedule
* Updating employee s schedule and payroll processing
* Assisting in all F&B admin related tasks
* Comply with Four Seasons' Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum two years culinary or related work experience.
* Excellent Computer skills.
* High level of spoken and written English skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Effective communication skills.
