Our Regional NFV team are seeking a Manager Acquisition and Business
Development to join their established team!
What's On Your Plate?
* Create an incentive structure that will optimize effort for acquiring the right vendor, monitor and respond to key performance indicators and conduct root cause analysis on variances to ensure that the commercial teams are performing at optimum levels and maximizing effectiveness and efficiency
* Identify requirements of high potential vendors, maintaining Wishlist across all countries and providing the team with guidance and tools to acquire the right vendor
* Optimize onboarding time and improve the experience by designing and implementing highly rigorous onboarding program for new vendors which includes business and product initiatives
* Revise existing sales processes to fulfill the needs of shops vendors
* Lead regional efforts for acquiring key accounts when necessary
* Evaluate, define and manage the commercial processes and communications to increase sales efficiency including process performance analytics and optimization
* Lead quarterly project planning cycles ensure all cross functional stakeholder's roadmaps are aligned, and designed to drive results
* Set up ongoing tracking of sales programs, define and review key metrics, provide proactive insight into variances vs targets, and find opportunities for improvement, and lead business reviews to communicate performance to senior leadership
* Design strategy to enable acquisition on scale in partnership with product teams
What Did We Order?
* Strong project management skills
* Experience currently operating at a regional level (essential)
* Basic product knowledge (previous experience working with product teams would be an advantage)
* Analytical skills (ability to define KPI's, track, monitor, and identify improvement actions)
* Prior experience in consulting or central acquisition/sales team is preferred
* Exceptional stakeholder management skills
* Strong communication skills (ability to communicate to a wide range of audience in terms of seniority and/or technical knowledge)
* Ability to solve complex problems
