About The Role
We are looking for a talented Beauty Consultants to join our team in Dubai.
Our Beauty Consultants are responsible for delivering outstanding customer
service though identifying customers needs, offering advice and demonstrating
suitable products. They are excellent communicators and able to build loyal
relationships with key customers in order to ensure sales targets are achieved
and cultivate customer loyalty. Our Beauty Consultants have immaculate
grooming and their passion for beauty gives them ample motivation to excel in
their roles.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
* Meet and exceed sales targets
* Identify and fulfil customer needs, providing quality advice and exceptional service.
* Grooming and conduct should reflect the brand image of luxury and prestige, in adherence with the company's policy.
* As per the standards set out in the Beauty Room training and manual; provide beauty treatments to customers, maintain the beauty room standards and ensure it is always ready for use
* Merchandise products as per guidelines, ensuring accurate stock rotation.
* Maintain housekeeping and hygiene standards, including window displays and cleaning of shelves.
* Check stock levels daily and recommend orders to the Line Manager to replenish and maintain optimum stock levels.
* Ensure all applicable administration is completed accurately and on time, including customer database cards.
* Comply with all company policies and procedures.
* Seek opportunities to increase sales and upsell.
* Advise and ensure customers are updated on promotions in store.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be educated to High School
Certification Level, have 1 to 2 years retail sales or customer service
experience and have a passion for the beauty industry. You should have
immaculate grooming standards and excellent communication skills.
