As a Customer Care and Operations Associate, you'll combine these elements to
work directly with our customers to provide highly personalized solutions to
their inquiries and ensure that their client accounts are up to date, in terms
of invoicing and payment.
This is a junior role with potential for scope for immense development. You
will work with a team that drives the customer experience and where standards
are set to exceed expectations. We are looking for the right candidate to join
immediately.

* Have experience in customer care, including handling individual client accounts.
* Have experience in client invoicing and payment. Familiarity with Zoho software is a bonus.
* You are time-oriented, result driven, and display creative thinking to problem solve.
* Love interacting with clients through a wide range of mediums: social media, over the phone, and email.

Key Criteria:
* Excellent written and fluent verbal English is a must.
* Customer care or Service background mandatory. Operations background is a bonus.
* Willing to work shifts, ‎6 days a week on site.
