Job Purpose:
To develop and implement the bank's mobile and internet banking strategies and
ensure they align with the overall business goals and objectives.
Principal Accountabilities:
Work Management
Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of new mobile and internet
banking features, ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet
customer needs.
Manage relationships with vendors, third-party providers, and internal
stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of mobile and internet banking
platforms.
Work with product and marketing teams to promote mobile and internet banking
services, identify new opportunities for growth, and develop marketing
strategies that target key customer segments.
Monitor and analyse mobile and internet banking metrics to identify
opportunities for improvement and growth, such as increased engagement,
customer acquisition, and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as IT and security, to ensure that
mobile and internet banking platforms are secure, reliable, and compliant with
relevant regulations.
To achieve annual budgeted plan set by the Bank in agreement with business and
channel partners. The budget can be reviewed upon Management's discretion at
any strategic point in time.
Continuously improve sourcing through performance driven culture and higher
productivity.
Establish effective business relationship with Alternate channel partners and
clients through networking to develop a sustainable business model.
Perform competition and market analysis to support management's strategizing
and planning initiatives.
Review customer complaints and feedback whilst encouraging an autonomous work
culture for performing staff.
Actively participating in recruitment by ensuring top performers are selected
and manage capacity planning.
Manage & Monitor CBD's image as a provider of attractive products and
professional services and collaborate with Marketing department and Product
team
Lead a team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance
management to ensure that the team delivers high-quality work, meets targets,
and grows their skills and expertise.
To develop strategies to generate clean business through market penetration
and contribute to a minimum-risk work environment through robust quality
assurance measures and remain compliant to the latest guidelines established
by the Bank and Central Bank of UAE.
Corporate Governance
Ensure compliance to the unit 's approved operational procedures and timely
address any deviation.
Comply with the latest guidelines of the Central Bank of UAE.
Inculcate ethical business practices and regularly communicate the
essentiality of mitigating fraud.
Contribute to successful internal audits and ensure timely closure of audit
points through realignment of procedures.
