Car Rental Sales Agent – Quick Drive
We are looking for a smart, friendly, and professional car rental sales agent
for our offices in DUBAI, UAE.
Qualifications:
* 1. Must hold a graduate degree or equivalent.
* 2. Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
* 3. Prior experience in car rental/sales would be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Meet and greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend to them the best solution.
* Calling existing as well as prospective customers and aiding in customer acquisition.
* Processing the documents submitted by the customers.
* Upselling and cross-selling additional products like SCDW insurance, child safety seats, etc.
* Monitoring daily and monthly sales.
* Meeting the targets set by the management.
* Customer Service Executive role is to handle the car rental counter business and ensure to consistently provide high level of customer service, process accurate documentation in renting out vehicle.
* The role requires an experience in Sales & Customer Service, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Car Rental experience mandatory.
* The candidate should be flexible in work timings (Shift Timings)
* Receive telephone calls and handle customer-related issues; direct other phone calls to appropriate personnel or take messages.
* Complete, review and submit various reports to supervisor.
* Maintain and update rental agreement files; contract and notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and inquire as to the expected date of return; process rental extensions.
* Balance money in counter drawers, retrieve amount of money collected during shift, complete deposit slip and place money in safe.
* Enter and maintain information in location logs.
* Maintain cleanliness of the rental office area and perform associated custodial duties.
* Complete Car exchange requests in Computer system or manually prior releasing the replacement vehicle.
* Perform related responsibilities as assigned or required.
Pay
* - The right candidate will get a salary that is comparable with the best in the industry.

* - Other allowances as required by the UAE laws.
