Purpose
To provide support to project teams with work pack preperation.
Functions
Assist in the preparation of composite isometric inspection work packs.
* Prepare full detailed description of the work required to be carried out from the given scope of work and specifications.
* Pack to include all site activities that need to be performed from the instructions of the client.
* Interface with planning team to ensure all task within workpack as included in to the ‎28 / ‎90 day plan.
* Retrieve project specific technical data from client's library/documentation
* Gather data from Engineering drawings, as instructed.
* Utilise CAD software to construct composite isometrics for piping workpacks per client procedures.
* Assist with the review and quality assurance of workpack production.
* Maintain progress and workpack trackers
* Communicate progress to client.
* Liaise with Oceaneering focal point at client offices to upload approved drawings to client databases

NON-ESSENTIAL
* The list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post
* Assist with any other duties as and when required
* Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental
and Quality Systems.
Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated
Management Systems on the Company.
Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally
friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement
of the environment.

* This position has NO direct supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications
REQUIRED
* Must be willing to undergo further training as required (E)
DESIRED
* Trained and fully familiar with CAD sketches applicable to isometrics and general arrangements (P)
* HNC (or equivalent) CAD certification (P)

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics
* Experience in related field or database administration and CAD (P)
* Must be familiar with QA/QC systems and procedures (E)
* Ability to manipulate and co-ordinate large volumes of data quickly and accurately (E)
* Able to work under own initiative with periodic supervisor guidance (E)
* Ability to understand the concepts that originates the appropriate data (P)
* Ability to plan work to attain goals set by deliverables (E)
* Microsoft Office (E)
* ACET (P) or if no previous experience, training must be completed in a timely manner
* CAD (P) or if no previous experience, training must be completed in a timely manner
* Good communicator both written, verbal and technical to make complex terminology simple for the benefit of others (E)
Working Conditions
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows.
* Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night
* Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the work place
* Work surface is stable (flat)
