The HSSE advisors supports the HSSE manager and project leadership in delivery
of HSSE excellence and continuous improvement, delivery of the requirements of
the HSSE plan and interface arrangements.
They will be proactive in approach to HSSE management and build positive
relationships throughout the workforce by regular worksite engagement,
developing trust and offering support, guidance and intervention where
necessary.

Develop positive and collaborative working relationships with their
counterparts in the
client and contractors HSSE Team
* Monitor day to day project activities and providing assurance to project management
that the Altera staff and contractors are compliant
* Participate in Toolbox Talks and pre task briefings
* Coach and influence
* Reporting of safety concerns to the contractors' project management or supervision
