House Manager - Dubai Based Only

Job Description:
We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private
residence in
Dubai. This position involves managing household staff, ensuring that all
tasks are
completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise household staff including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, and other
domestic staff.
* Ensure all household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, cooking, and maintenance
are completed to a high standard and on time.
* Manage the household budget, track expenses, pay bills, and make purchases.
* Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure necessary repairs and
maintenance are carried out.
* Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently.
* Being able to organise receptions /parties if necessary.
* Communicate effectively with homeowners to ensure their needs and preferences
are met.
* Manage the household budget and report on the expenditure and consumable.
* Training of the domestic staff if necessary
Requirements:
* At least ‎5 years' experience as a House Manager or in a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Experience managing a team of staff members.
* Knowledge of household maintenance and repairs.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Comfortable sharing a bathroom with other male staff members.
* Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays when required.
