Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Associate (Operations, Finance and Risk).
The role will be supporting our Immigration and Global Mobility Team here in
Dubai, UAE, and directly reporting into our Ops, Finance and Risk Manager.
Supporting the whole team in administration tasks when required;
* Managing document delivery/collection
* Assisting the team with billing when required
* Contacting government authorities with general queries (as and when requested)
* Assisting our Manager with invoicing and finance matters
* Petty cash management and reconciliation (weekly)
* Credit card reconciliation (monthly)
* Payments to vendors
* Data entry using our existing online systems & ongoing administration duties, including visitor management and office supply management
Qualifications
* Experience working in a professional service industry/ office environment;
* Experience in admin related tasks is necessary, and finance/ operations experience is preferred;
* Ability to work as a team;
* Ability to handle a fast paced environment
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
