Associate Counsel
Description
We are looking for a talented ASSOCIATE COUNSEL to join our team
specializing in LAW for our CORPORATE/CBS SEGMENT in DUBAI, UNITED
ARAB EMIRATES.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Responsible for handling a variety of legal matters or projects across a wide range of business, functions and subject matters appropriate to their level of capability and experience.
* Addresses a mixture of routine and more complex legal questions and projects
* Assist more experienced attorneys in complex legal questions and projects that have broad reaching implications for the organization if the situation arises. May lead projects for the legal function
* Reviews standard documents and contracts, and prepares filings
* Demonstrates some proficiency in an area of law, specialty, function, or geographic region
* Provides support or contributes to overall objectives and goals of organization
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Degree in law
* License to practice law in home jurisdiction
* Experience in French Law,
* Must speak French
