What you'll be doing
* Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based upon the needs of departments
* You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the team, including maintaining and improving our current tools & scripts and supporting data that powers our business
* Explore new and innovative ways to expand analytic capabilities to help Wear That become a data-driven leader in the market
* You will have autonomy to help shape the future of data engineering at Wear That by bringing your ideas on improving and automating what we do and how we do it
* You will help to define, build and maintain a clear, concise data model, especially focused on scalable analytics infrastructure
* You will build scalable data engineering solutions & frameworks to solve business and data problems

* Possess a strong analytical mind and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks while meeting hard deadlines.
* Are self-motivated, deadline driven and result oriented, a problem solver with a can-do attitude with strong teamwork skills and strong desire to drive changes.
* Are highly skilled in MS Excel (pivot tables, etc.) and the ability to quickly manipulate and analyze data sets and build reports.
* Ability to dig into details and find impactful insights
* Strong verbal and written communication skills able to clearly tell the story behind the data and its resulting insights
* Ability to interact effectively with management
* Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
* Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
* Are excited about building and refining processes and controls
* Are a team player and have the ability to work independently.
What you 'll need to succeed
* Technical proficiency and familiarity with tools and technologies like SQL, Power BI
* Familiarity with A/B testing, basic data science concepts such as precision, training, prediction
* ‎5+ years of independent and significant project experience
* Experience in building out data models and data engineering capabilities
* Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
* Strong prioritization skills with business impact in mind
* Retail experience appreciated
