JOB ROLE:


In the MEIA media department, the media coordinator participates in the
planning and diffusion of the regional media campaigns.
He/She will work in close collaboration with multiple internal departments and
external parties to ensure the execution, and optimization of cutting-edge
online and offline campaigns. He/She will consolidate planning, campaigns
results, content, competition monitoring, digital data, budget and calendars.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


‎1. REGIONAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS
* Support team in media planning and execution for digital (social & search), print, and out-of-home media through strong attention to detail and collaboration with outside partners and key stake holders.
* Organize campaign launch details and communicate next steps to key stake holders.
* Follow up with media agency on digital optimization and reporting


‎2. BUDGET & INVOICING
• Manage and process invoices and budgeting, including: maintain internal
campaign spend documents, reconciling general billing issues, •
Invoicing/crediting partners
* Updating global media budgeting database (Bumble Bee)


‎3. MEDIA CONTENT
* Manage asset adaptations with creative agency for digital campaigns (Social Media, Video, Display..)
* Be responsible for all print and OOH creative adaptations with the creative agency


‎4. INTERNAL COMMUNICATION
* Assist with building presentation materials to clearly communicate and visualize campaign recaps, media plans, budgets, competitive, and performance reports. JOB TITLE: Media Coordinator (temp.)


YOUR PROFILE:



  • ‎2 years of experience in media/advertising.

  • Previous experience in luxury is a plus.

  • Time management and strong organizational skills

  • Expert Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Knowledge of current media advertising landscape and a passion for marketing

  • Fluent in English - Arabic is a plus

  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Must be a self-starter, entrepreneurial, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment where self-sufficiency is essential.
