Job Description:

• Physican drafts lawsuits, applications, complaints, explanations, responses to lawsuits and other documents about individuals


• Representation of the Bank 's interests in courts and arbitration


• Representation of the bank 's interests in state and non-state bodies


• Drafting of requests to state bodies


• Conducting negotiations with representatives of state bodies

Job Requirements:

• Higher legal education


• Advanced computer skills


• Excellent command of English language is desirable


• High motivation and initiative


• Advanced teamwork and communication skills


• Advanced negotiation skills
