We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator
to join our team. As a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, you will be
responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media and
marketing campaigns to reach our target audience and achieve our business
goals.
Responsibilities:
* Create and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services to potential customers.
* Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, insights, and opportunities in the industry and adjust campaigns and messaging accordingly.
* Analyze and report on campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
* Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
* Monitor and respond to customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, technologies, and best practices to inform and improve our marketing strategy.
