MCC Controller
Your Role
MCC Controller reports to the Senior Manager - Maintenance. He/She will be
the focal point for all technical matters on the deployed Beond fleet
including any actions /advice requested by the Flight Crew or maintenance
provider's staff. MCC Controller maintains positive operational control and
situational awareness of the fleet at all times.
You Will:
*
As the Shift in-Charge of Maintenance operations, has overall control and
performs constant monitoring of all ongoing scheduled/unscheduled maintenance.
* Work with Flight Operations for providing current and accurate reports of general technical status of the fleet to all stakeholders.
* Coordinate with concerned service providers for specific maintenance requirements at main base and outstations.
* Monitor and controls all information dissemination from MCC.
* Become the focal point for all maintenance related communication, company wide.
* Initiate and organizes AOG support including manpower, tools, and spare parts during AOG events.
* Guide and advises maintenance personnel during troubleshooting and while performing maintenance.
* Guide and advises flight crew on technical issues when required in flight or on ground.
* Monitor and manages ongoing delay/AOG events and provides timely and accurate status updates to the management and other stakeholders.
* Prepare and distributes Deferred Defect status reports as per schedule and monitors Deferred Defect status for compliance and efficiency.
* Prepare and distributes daily maintenance summary reports.
* Leads the daily maintenance review meeting.
Your Profile:
Ideally, you have,
* Licensed B1 (or) /B2 engineer with at least ‎10 years ' experience with type ratings on A320 family of aircraft with CFM56/ IAE V2500/ P&W ‎1100/ CFM Leap engines.
* Advance level knowledge of OEM manuals (AMM/SRM/TSM/IPC), applicable Part145/ Part M regulations.
* Ability to collect relevant information, apply clear/neutral judgement, set priorities, to take decisions.
* Excellent communication skills with all levels/different cultures, clear formulation, ability to listen.
* Helicopter view, ability to work under pressure (deal with stress), lead meetings.
* Ability to find solutions with others/drive others to a coordinated common goal.
* Discipline and ability to edit and timely provide accurate/concise highlight reports
* Computer literate with good administration skills, proficiency in MS office
* Fluent technical and conversational English, both written and spoken.
* To maintain a professional environment, respecting confidentiality, Company/Aircraft data security.
* To take initiative to propose areas of improvement.
* Leadership; can represent the company.
