About The Role

As an Assistant Manager, Bar, you will assist the leadership team in ensuring
the highest quality of beverages, and their availability, and following
standards and recipes, while ensuring the cleanliness of the area and a
fantastic work environment. Impeccable personal presentation and grooming are
essential in this role, as is the ability to read a social situation and
deliver a first-class bar experience.

About You

The successful candidate must demonstrate a clear passion for the Food &
Beverage industry, guest experience, and a willingness to learn in a
supportive but disciplined environment. Additionally, previous mixology and
