Strategy Leader
Description
We are looking for a talented STRATEGY LEADER to lead the STRATEGY
FUNCTION for our Africa Middle East Distribution Business. The role will
be located in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES .
In this role, the candidate will make an impact in the following ways :
* Manage the development of market intelligence through the design, development, and delivery of information, reports, and projects that improve internal knowledge and accurately make informed resolutions.
* Partners with business head to develop strategies and provides sound judgement that bring our business to next level of maturity and growth.
* Oversee critical Distribution Business Unit (DBU) projects linked to the Africa and ME region to maintain profitability and sustain growth.
* Leverage Business Intelligence (BI), forecasting and reporting tools to generate market. intelligence to assist with segment and region specific strategic-planning process.
* Upholds a culture of intelligence gathering, insight generation and value-added re-enforcement.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role the candidate will need the following:
* College, university or equivalent degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or related subject required
* MBA or equivalent degree highly preferred.
* Minimum 5-7 Years' strategic planning or project management experience working required.
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in management consulting or corporate strategy.
* Experience in gathering market insights, data interpretation, modelling (tools) and reporting /communication a requirement.
* Good Knowledge of operations and business e.g. Supply Chain, Sales, Marketing, Service, etc. preferred.
