Jotun Saudia Co. Ltd., established in 1984, is one of the key markets within
the MEIA region. With 2 production facilities, 5 warehouses and more than 450
employees, we aim to further strengthen Jotun 's position in Saudi Arabia
through ambitious market growth plans that focus on innovation, efficiency and
profitability.

Expand and strengthen distribution network through structured follow up and
mapping process to ensure good performance of the existing dealers and plan
well the new openings. Follow-up on dealers within allocated geographical
territories and ensure that our shops reflecting Jotun identity and
distribution strategy by co-ordinating and monitoring closely with Dealers &
shop salesmen to ensure JOTUN products are used and to achieve sales budget.
* Introduce, promote and sell innovation, premium and targeted products to allocated dealers and geographical territories through regular visits to maintain good relationship and obtain market information.
* Securing small/medium and maintenance projects and utilize distribution network in the supplying process to awarded projects.
* Connecting, engaging, and securing sales from painters in the assigned area through follow-up small & medium projects.
* Follow up collection to ensure dealer payment is received within agreed term to achieve budgeted days outstanding.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
* Plan and perform daily visits and sales activities.
* Establish new shops through mapping and allocation of qualified dealers. And coordinate with retail development team to comply the design with Jotun standard.
* Co-ordinate with Customer Service, Laboratory, Technical Service, financial and credit departments to ensure timely delivery and good customer service.
* Maintain good relationship and service with existing dealer & attending to customer's complaints.
* Approach new projects and coordinate best supply scenario utilizing dealer's network.
* * Build data base and good relations with target customers groups, interior designers, painters, contractors, and consultants.
* * Plan, prepare, and conduct JDPP sessions with dealers to improve their profitability.
* Monitor ageing regularly to ensure collection is received on time
* Report monthly sales KPIs progress
* Implementing Campaigns & Marketing activities.
