support the Credit and collection team in the below tasks :
* support in Centralized Invoice submission
1- ensure invoices submitted based on the mode of submission (Direct, Email,
Other means)
2- ensure tracking of submitted of invoices
3- re direct the follow up to assigned collectors
* support in Centralized submission of Dunning Letters
1- on monthly basis a list of customers will be shared
2- Dunning letters to be shared with customers and feedback to be re directed
to assigned collector
