Main Purpose of the Job
To supervise and coordinate tenders, negotiations and procurement of general
non-medical products , capital equipment and services according to company
standard and policies. To manage and monitor day to day procurement activities
according to standards and policies.
Key Responsibility Areas
* To lead and manage the team.
* Supervise, coordinate, and procurement activities t in collaboration with business owner/central department for large purchases.
* Guide and monitor the tender process and blanket order creation for general non-medical products.
* Provide general supervision and operational support for the department.
* Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
Required Education
Essential: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce or Economics or
related commercial field from an accredited institution.
Required Experience
Essential: At least ‎5-‎8 years non-medical procurement in a large healthcare
setting of which at least ‎2 years included supervising a team.
Required job skills and knowledge
* Negotiation skills.
* General non-medical products and capital equipment knowledge.
* Saudi Arabia healthcare industry.
* Computer Literacy (MS Office).
* ERP Procurement module.
* Financial Acumen.
* Client relationship management.
* Supervising skills.
* IT equipment.

* General items and services knowledge.
