Main Responsibilities
* Customer and Service Level
* Follow & Implement policies regarding warehouse Order management, Ensuring Picking & Loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excellence & make the deliveries in a timely & Customer focused manner.
* Maintain the % punctuality of dispatching and unloading above % of the agreed cut off time
* Involve & Implement the "Quality Assurance" policies and strategies (Food Defense and food fraud awareness)
* Financial
* Participate in the development of the area yearly expenses budget, and manage it on daily basis
* Manage the warehouse ambient and cold store operations capabilities and process in order to maximize the utilization of the Warehouse resources
* Maintain the Warehouse (Ambient and cold store) Inventory Records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control & management system
* Maintain the Warehouse compliance as per SOX requirements
* Manage KPI's related to Warehouse and review the result in target check meeting
* People
* Assure the minimum work conditions to all employees of the warehouse (Ambient and Cold Store) and machine
* Train & educate the operations team, to pass them the updated company policy and procedure
* Implement the Health, Safety and Environmental, 5S program for the cold stores and all Warehouse
* Spread to the team the BRF corporate management culture
* Motivate the employees to bring out their best enterprise
* Develop cross training program within Warehouse Operation
* Internal Process
* Develop, manage and routinely follow-up the inventory integrity procedures and results, aiming to have an on-time accuracy between book and physical stock
* Implement the corporate policies of Quality Assurance of the products in all the steps of the Warehouse processes
* Plan and manage the weekly operation projection (stock, inbound, outbound) in order to plan the proper resources with antecedence
* Ensure the MRP is fully functional and accurate for all indirect materials. Ensure the correct stock and availability of all items.
* Follow, implement, adapt and manage operation policies and procedures in order to achieve the best utilization of the operation resources and capabilities, minimizing the associated risks.
* Define and establish (as a routine) a management system of KPI`s, with clear responsibilities, authorities and metrics
* Participate in meetings with service providers to manage their SLA and performance
* Continues developing new flow or procedure to improve warehouse operation.
* Update Operational Procedures and Work Instruction according to the process and OJT Map
* Conduct other HSE related programs or trainings depending upon the role/area.
* Maintain Operational Discipline by ensuring timely conducting weekly TBTs, POPs, audits, refresher trainings
* Lead and participate in the Work Groups related to Safety and Quality
* Escort audits within his sector and implement corrective actions in case of deviation
* Ensure compliance with the local authorities, labor law,
* Act as the Point of Contact when the Production Manager is out of office within warehouse scope.
* Responsible in approving at system related to Human Resources requirements within Warehouse
* Compliance with Company Standards
* Comply with all food safety HACCP requirements and pre-requirements within the workplace.
* Comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements within the workplace.
* Ensure the 5S compliance within the workplace.
* Comply with Good Manufacturing Process and Food Defense requirements, and other applicable procedure related to the scope of the job.
* Comply with Environmental requirements as per Policy

Minimum Requirements*
Graduation/Scholarship
Bachelor's Degree
Experience
‎3-‎5 years of experience in Warehousing and Logistics, minimum ‎2 years in
leadership and people management
Knowledge in handling Cold, Ambient Storage and Indirect Materials
Languages*
English: Business proficiency
