Job Summary:
The Health Club Attendant is responsible for providing guest service, general
cleanliness and maintenance, organization, and stocking of amenities in the
Health Club and Spa areas.
As a Health Club Attendant, we rely on you to,
Attend to the guests in the locker and changing area.
Be consistent in our delivery of service.
Always meet and exceed customer expectation.
Respond to guest inquiries on Health Club Memberships, Spa Menu, Fitness
Programs and other information regarding the facility and services of the
Health Club and Hotel.
Regularly check and replenish amenities of the spa area.
Maintain the overall cleanliness of the Health Club area.
Inspect the Health Club throughout the shift to ensure that the set-up of the
department is in accordance with established standards
What we are Looking For:
1 year as an Attendant in a similar hotel.
Ability to work long hours and shift
Communicates and writes with fluency in English
Previous experience in Health Club Operations
