Main Job Purpose:
Owner of all external facing content by Nahdi; taking a journalistic creation
and governance position. Bringing content generation and publishing in-house
and reducing agency dependencies to niche requirements. Manage Omnichannel
user journeys across all digital channels including websites, mobile
applications and other virtual touchpoints for pharmacies and clinics to
ensure seamless and most up to trends consumer journey for Nahdi guests and
patients.
Accountabilities:
Website Content
* Regularly monitor the e-commerce platform and review the analytics to ensure quality & standardization of the content across the e-commerce platform.
* Approve and manage the content process from briefing, development, finalizing, translating, publishing, production, promotions...etc. to ensure accuracy and meeting deadlines as per the set SLAs.
* Cooperate in developing new content initiatives across the e-commerce platform and align the set agenda with the commercial and other stakeholders (e.g. themes) in line with Omnichannel roadmap.
* Approve the design and communication for all thematic activities for the website to actions on banners to ensure compliance and standardization.
* Ensure SEO (search engine optimization) activities are up to the best industry standards through customer searching behavior and cooperation with content team to bring Nahdi websites to the top search results for selected keywords .
* Coordinate vendor monetization activities .
Building User Experience
* Develop, implement, and improve user journeys across digital platforms
* Analyze current trends, look for best practices and benchmarks across the industry to identify areas of improvements for user experience in multiple digital touchpoints (ecommerce website, mobile applications, etc.)
* Initiate UX changes across all customers facing digital platforms.
* Collect User Experience initiatives from multiple business units, provide business analyses and acceptance for them.
* Continuously analyze results and collect data to determine best solutions for Guest/Patient experience across all platforms to ensure efficiency and maximize conversion rates.
* Analyze existing cross business journeys with agreed online monitoring tools (NahdiCare Clinics and Nahdi Online) to design seamless and outstanding experience for Nahdi Guests and Patients
Employee duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities;
he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Education
* BSc Degree


Experience

* ‎2-‎4 Years of Experience (ecommerce)
* UX experience
* Knowledge of Digital Marketing Landscapes and Trends
* Retail experience


Computer Skills

* MS Office Suite
* Google Analytics
* Online CMS admin
