Has responsibility for supporting the operations by unloading/loading freight
via the use of a forklift and assisting dock supervision/management with
quality assurance, training, and warehouse systems.
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for on-ground execution of the co-packing activities.
* Supervising the production lines and labor to meet planned volume and commercial targets, and in accordance with QA and safety standards.
* Ensuring the final product meets client specifications.
* Observing labors' productivity to put plans for increasing production efficiency to ensure plans are met on an hourly/shift basis.
* Coordinating the warehouse team, the inbound activities before the co-packing starts and the outbound activities post co-packing completion.
* Putting daily capacity and flow schedules for the co-packing projects.
* Working closely with Vendor Manager for the purchase of the right material.
* Adhering to and promoting best practice in accordance with company Health, Safety and Quality regulations
* Ensuring all shift handover reports, paperwork and systems are completed and accurate in accordance with company inventory control procedures.
* Partnering with HSSE teams to ensure that all areas comply with hygienic audits, both internal and external.
* Liaising with manpower agency controllers on a day-to-day basis providing feedback regarding agency workers performance and attendance.
* Monitoring, controlling, and minimizing process waste.
* Playing an active part in Continuous Improvement.
We are looking for:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
* Fluent in English
* Good Excel Knowledge
* Good WMS / ERP Knowledge
* Extensive experience in warehousing operations.
