Roles and Responsibilities:
Customers' Collection
* Receiving cash from sales team, recording cash transactions in system and offset payments with the related details from customer.
* Deposit cash and cheques in banks and closing safe balance on daily basis.
* Follow with the sales team on Overdues balances, pending collections, customer variances and blocked orders
* Provide the reports required from the HO related to the collection verifications ,reconciliations and overdues
Invoices Process
* Follow with the Logistic team and Sales team about the missing invoices and insure proper invoicing on time.
Inventory Control
* Conduct monthly stock counting in warehouse and trucks
* Prepare physical count report and verify the reasons of any discrepancies with the logistic team.
Job requirements:
* Knowledge of accounts receivable, maintaining general ledgers and credit control
* Experience in FMCG business
* Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality in preparing and entering financial data
* Effective verbal and listening communications skills
* Effective written communications skills
* Computer skills including Microsoft office
* Able to work independently with some direction
* Can work in any city in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia
* Have a car to be used in visit the banks on daily base
* Bachelor's degree in accounting from recognized university
