* To provide first line support to Head of Warehousing and Logistics in managing Sales forecast, Timely Distribution of stocks and process Direct and Indirect Shipment Orders.
* Responsible to plan and create shipment orders of internal transfer of stock between branches, create shipment orders to load direct customer shipment orders from Jeddah and Riyadh Factories and create shipment orders for POSM materials.
* Coordinate with Distribution, Sales & Transportation team for Direct and Export/Import shipments.
* Planning timely stock transfer activity of Finished Goods within Factories and Warehouses
* Efficiently Planning Warehouse shipping operations to ensure timely loading of Sales Direct / Indirect orders.
* Keep and maintain records of all shipments, transactions, and costs incurred by individual shipment by Sales order.
* Track & Monitor on daily basis Factory and Regional Inbound, Outbound, Create Stock Transfer Request & execution process in alignment with Regional Operations Team.
* Involvement at Operational level for daily Operations related Task as assigned from Head of Warehousing and Logistics
* Responsible to monitor all branches stocks levels, sales and support distribution planner to ship low & OOS items to the branches on priority.
* Daily correspondence with commercial sales & operation team to discuss supply issues and low sales items SKUs.
* Communicate High Risk local SKU's with production planner to consider it in weekly production plan.
* Responsible to respond with reason on Out of Stocks report shared by commercial team.
* Develop and circulate monthly Warehouse Logistics & Distribution Dashboard report
