Our HR Generalist will provide HR support to the business and act as a
collaborator to integrate the Human Resources solutions with the business
plans, to support the delivery of current and strategic business priorities.

You will act as a key counterpart in all operational people processes and
activities within your organization, and work in close collaboration and co-
operation with the regional HR operations team.
You will provide support to your HRBP in all applicable administrative tasks,
as well as developing and implementing HR policies & procedures, and short
term and long-term HR key initiatives.

A Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 3 years of HR experience
Proficiency in English - written and verbal
Proficient computer skills, with solid knowledge of ERP and HCM systems
Proven ability to work within a matrix organization, and with shared services
departments
Ability to thrive both independently and in a team environment
Highly effective organizational skills and attention to detail
