Responsibilities
* Improve our existing supply and performance databases for cities across KSA, by reviewing historical data, expanding the basket of buildings tracked, and adopting the new ‘data standards’ when it comes to collecting performance data.
* Create new and efficient methods to engage with businesses and clients (private and government) for the exchange of data.
* Manage the quarterly real estate market overview & macroeconomic reports. This includes developing new analytics & creative content.
* Produce the quarterly client presentations, incorporating add-value insight beyond the regular commentary.
* Contribute to thought leadership publications and other content developed by the Research team.
* Contribute to revenue-generating jobs in collaboration with other business lines, where macro insight and in-depth analysis of the real estate market is required.
Experience
The position is suitable for fresh graduates with analytical skills or
candidates with ca. ‎2-‎3 years of experience working in an international
environment;

Experience of working with information systems, data and reporting.

Experience in commercial real estate is a big advantage but not essential;

Personal Specification
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Fluent in English and Arabic

Good knowledge of Power Point

Accurate

Interested in real estate

Friendly, proactive personality with strong communication skills
