1. Purpose
To handle Inbound, Outbound processing of customer orders, both physically and
systematically along with the support services in logistics division.
2. Accountabilities
* Receive and process orders in line with Customer Work Instructions
* Perform Dock to Stock and Put-away activities
* Ensures that any discrepancies (quality/quantity) are timely highlighted and reported to the customer
* Perform Value Added Services as relevant
* Where necessary perform pro-active track and trace
* Maintain, archive data which enable easy retrieval
