Own the brand and be ultimate responsible for growing market share, driving
Consumption, top line sales growth as well as profits for his/her respective
brands.
Work closely with the Head of Marketing to develop and define local brand and
trade marketing strategy and growth drivers. Bring these strategies to life
with system engagement and activation of touchpoints, innovation pipeline and
optimizing portfolio.
Lead trade marketing strategy and implementation for his/her respective
brands. Build promotional strategy and calendar per brand, month and customer
as a result of brand strategies, Nielsen econometric studies, historical sales
and competitive outlook.
Localize, Orchestrate and execute the marketing 360 plan with linking to
retailers, following the brand plans. Ensure omnichannel approach is followed.
Establish and actively engage with the cross functional teams. Lead and fully
present his/her brands in the S&OP cycle as well as CPM (Category Performance
Review) meetings.
Analysis: Develop strong consumer, category and market insights in cooperation
with the Business and Consumer Insights team ensuring that all
strategies/actions and plans are anchored in solid, locally relevant insights.
Manage brand budget planning in a compliant and efficient way.

Be up to date with the local market influencers / stakeholders / beauty
trends. Develop relationship with them and integrate PR into your campaigns.
Constantly train the commercial teams, merchandisers on the brand
RTBs/Benefits and lead beauty advisors.
AMET Franchise Leadership: Create, maintain relationship with the Dubai AMET
brand teams by ensuring a close collaboration and alignment on strategies and
projects, building system excitement and commitment behind those projects.
Determine development areas of the direct reports, conveys necessary
information in these areas, supports to improve the performance and guides in
order to support the individual development and to increase their performance.
