Purpose of the Job
To promote a proactive Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) culture by
assisting with the implementation and monitoring of core HSE programs/issues.
Provides direction, assistance and training with all aspects of the HSE
program and processes in a cost-effective manner
Job Responsibilities
* Set goals with the direct manager for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company 's plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
* Organize workflow with direct manager and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
* Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching within direct manger.
* Communicating HSE related aspects with customers, suppliers & Authorities (GACA, RAC, Customs, SFDA, Police etc.)
* Authorizing the permit-to-work for customers and contractors.
* Assisting the department of internal/external audits related to health and safety conducted by Clients.
* Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises.
Job Requirements (Experience and education)
* Must be Saudi National
* Excellent organization, written and oral communication skills
* Reporting and presentation skills
* Administration background
* 5 years' work experience or above in same field
* Good command of Arabic and English (Read, Write, Speak)
* NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certified
