Job Purpose
Provide comprehensive support to the organization, ensuring efficient and
effective operations across various Departments within IsDB. The role
encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the department, which may
include technical support, administrative support, process coordination, and
data management. By fulfilling this role, the incumbent plays a crucial part
in contributing to the overall success of the organization by providing these
supports.
Key Accountabilities
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
* Assist in implementing process improvements and streamlining administrative procedures.
* Assist the colleagues of the department on other technical assignments, as and when needed.
* Manage document workflows, including creation, editing, and distribution of reports, memos, and other business documents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals and initiatives.
* Compile and analyze data to generate reports and metrics related to administrative processes and operations.
* Provide timely and accurate technical assistance by promptly addressing user inquiries.

* Experience in development sector or international organization is preferred.
