ROLE AND DEPARTMENT
The Financial Analyst is responsible for general accounting functions at a
country level where there is a direct involvement in implementing the systems
and procedures for the accounting processes that reflect statistics, profits,
cash flows, audits, financial reporting, projects, tax, and monthly closing.
THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for:
Invoice Processing Receive and track invoices relating to Fixed Cost, A &CP;,
and Intercompany. Ensure that invoices received are compliant with FTA
guidelines for VAT. Scan relevant invoices and send them to the Share Service
Centre team for processing. Code (Entering required Information) invoices in
open text (SAP). Coordinate with SSC & Business in this regard and provide
required support to both parties. Month End Close Provide support to
Accounting managers for month-end close activities. Monitor the
reclassification of GL accounts. Prepare balance sheet schedules related to
monthly and quarterly scope General Ledgers. Review unposted non-PO invoices
if additional accruals are required. Review Analytical pact and Balance Sheet
statements related to Accounts Payable. Projects Participate and support ad-
hoc projects from time to time given by management. Auditing and control
Ensure all relevant approvals are in place while processing documents. Ensure
all filing is maintained as per audit requirements. Perform Key control tests
to ensure full SOX compliance and reporting. Fixed Assets Ensure a proper
review of the Fixed Assets is done annually, with periodic review of the AUC.
Understand and support the business for the Fixed Asset process while
coordinating with SSC as needed.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Bachelor's degree or above with a minimum of 3 years in Finance in a
multinational company or Big 4 External Auditor. Fluent in English. Self-
Motivated, driven, quick learner. Meticulous and well organized. Strong desire
to learn along, to bloom in Coty, with a strong sense of ownership. Able to
thrive despite challenges while adopting a positive attitude under pressure.
Passionate, enthusiastic, team player. Intermediate to advance skills in Excel
(pivot tables, advance formulars, charts, etc.) and Powerpoint. Experience in
Power BI is a plus. SAP knowledge is a must. Possesses cross-cultural
awareness and high emotional intelligence. Persuasive, resilient and flexible,
able to easily adapt to new challenges. Presentation skills – ability to
present and communicate with confidence.
