WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE:
* Develop, implement, and maintain our B2B eCommerce platform.
* Customize and configure the platform to meet business customer needs.
* Integrate the platform with other enterprise systems.
* Conduct testing and resolve platform issues or bugs.
* Create documentation and training resources for users.
* Implement security measures and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Monitor and analyze B2B eCommerce performance metrics.
* Stay updated with industry trends and propose innovative solutions.
* Provide training and support for internal teams and business customers.
* Strategic planning of roadmap for the platform.
* Collaborate with third-party vendors for additional platform functionalities.
* Stay informed about emerging technologies and make upgrade recommendations.
* Expand B2B operations to new countries.
* Drive business efforts to encourage a larger customer base to digitize.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
* University bachelor's degree (in a technical field).
* Previous FMCG experience.
* 10+ years of experience.
* eCommerce Experience.
* Team management.
