ORGANIZATION
* Reports to: Finance & Supply chain manager
* Job Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
* Contract type: Limited contract (renewable)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supply Chain Executive will be responsible mainly to ensure the timely receipt
and delivery of items, collaboration with 3PL logistics and warehousing team,
supplier(s) finance and affiliates within and outside Kingdom with fill rate
accuracy, appropriate inventory levels, recording of receipts and issuances
and related local and shipping documentation requirements.

Primary Responsibilities
* Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
* Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
* Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and other supplies located in the company at warehouse(s).
* Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
* Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
* Identifies optimal shipment and transportation alternatives with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution therefrom.
* Reviews the current process of supply chain activities and provide recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.
* Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
* Liaison with 3PL logistics' team for shipping, clearing documents and to ensure correct allocation of landing costs to consignment(s).
* Coordinate and follow up with vendor(s) for credit notes in case of damages, short quantities etc and other related correspondence.
* Coordinate with outsourced warehouse and logistics' teams for timely receiving and dispatch of goods to/from warehouse.
* Review and raise Purchase Orders (POs) in the system based on the current stock levels, re-order levels and demand planning.
* Ensure lead time accuracy.
* Liaise with warehousing team for review of entries in the system related to procurement and receiving of goods in the warehouse.
* Understands and suggests changes to Item level forecasting for brand / market portfolio for rolling ‎18 months forecast received from affiliates.
* Develop strong synergies with the commercial, brand and finance teams and develop a working understanding of all the functions and their impact.
* Coordinate with affiliates outside KSA in developing a purchase plan for warehouse in coordination with support team after taking into consideration current stock and forward forecast.
* Ad hoc reporting creation and analysis to maximize forecast accuracy and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Competencies
* Advanced MS Excel skills: demonstrated ability to quickly manipulate large raw data sets to produce reporting that is intuitive and easy to read/understand, Advanced formulas and experience with pivot tables required.
* Advanced MS Power Point skills: demonstrated ability to summarize analysis into slides appropriate for distribution across the organization/management.
* Demonstrated ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to peers and senior leadership
* Attention to detail and accuracy on multiple projects under time pressure.
* Ability to quickly adapt in a highly collaborative environment, a team player, fit with brands and culture
* Min of ‎3 years' experience in supply chain management (beauty or CPG preferred).
* Bachelor's degree: major in business, finance, supply chain, or related field preferred.
