Loss Prevention Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Loss Prevention Officer to be based in our
Khobar office as part of the growth of the team!

Key Responsibilities:
* Surveillance and Prevention: Conduct routine surveillance of store premises, using CCTV systems and other tools, to identify suspicious activities and potential security risks.Monitor customer behavior, merchandise handling, and transaction processes to detect and prevent theft and fraudulent activities.Implement strategies to deter theft, including visible presence and effective use of communication skill
* Incident Response and Investigation: Respond promptly to incidents of theft, fraud, or other security concerns.\Document and report incidents accurately, including relevant details, descriptions, and any evidence gathered.Conduct initial investigations, gather information, and assist with compiling evidence for further review.
* Training and Awareness: Participate in and assist with training programs for store staff on loss prevention protocols, theft indicators, and conflict resolution.Promote awareness of loss prevention policies and procedures among employees and customers.
* Safety and Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact in case of emergencies or incidents, ensuring a timely and appropriate response.Comply with safety protocols and guidelines, taking appropriate actions to prevent accidents and injuries.
* Collaboration: Communicate effectively with store management and other team members regarding security concerns, incidents, and potential risks.
Collaborate with law enforcement and other external parties as needed during
investigations.

Requirements:
* Proven experience (‎8+ years) in loss prevention, security, or related roles in a retail environment.
* Strong observational and attention-to-detail skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach.
* Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
* Basic understanding of security equipment and technology, such as CCTV systems.
* Familiarity with conflict resolution techniques.
