Supports Control processes and production of high quality financial data
and reporting
Maintains the group level of liquidity required for each country and working
closely with Treasury and Cash & Bank teams to optimize the cash position.
Ensures sufficient cash flow for the organization to meet its short-term debt
obligations and operating expenses.
Develops and implements policy, planning, budgeting and forecasting for
Liquidity & Cashflow per country.
Ensures that there is a healthy cash conversion between AR and AP in terms of
credit term offering to vendors and customer through involvement with the
relevant stakeholders to maximize the cashflow.
Involvement in Investment Proposals for Cashflow reviews/ IBRs etc.
Preparation of funding requests and working with Treasury, Legal and Tax to
ensure compliance with local regulations.
Implementing a clear process in line with the global compliance guidelines
pertaining collections from sanctioned countries.
Responsible for opening new bank accounts, review the reason in line with
group requirements as well as sanctions guidelines..
Manages bank relationship across the area through regular visits and
discussions with all banks.
Responsible for maintaining the correct bank accesses, approvals, signatories,
tokens etc. including limits and ensuring compliance with local bank/legal
requirements.
