Requirements
* University degree in Life Science / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
* Proven experience in the Saudi market, holding a similar position (Country Manager, General Manager, Commercial Director …).
* Extensive experience in the KSA skin care market,** is a must.
* Experience with multinational companies is a must.
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
* Excellent leadership skills with proven experience in managing a team of employees and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions
* Proven ability to drive successful product launches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and geographies.
