What you will do:
The successful candidate will be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia to provide
Operational Fleet and Service Delivery support for Rolls-Royce Civil Large
Engine customers for the CSC Middle East & Africa Customer Team.
The Service Representative role offers the opportunity to interface directly
with our airline customers on a daily basis; therefore, the successful
candidates will be required to demonstrate strong communication, interpersonal
and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively within a
customer's operational environment.
The role also demands a high degree of self-motivation, flexibility,
initiative, and an ability to continuously develop effective working
relationships to deliver on commitments.
Key Accountabilities
* Act as the key integrator in the on-site coordination of contracted TotalCare services on time and to the customer's expectation
* Provide on-wing technical support for the company's products, including out of hours support
* Manage customer satisfaction to BPD targets
* Pro-actively manage operational reliability
* Meet data reporting requirements to the business using appropriate systems and channels
Experience
* Candidates will demonstrate experience of working in a customer facing environment and ideally be educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or possess significant experience of the company's products and services. An understanding of engine operation and functionality plus experience of airline operations will also be an advantage.
* Be well organised with a proven ability to plan and prioritise to achieve on-time delivery.
